Matt 6:24-33
In illo témpore: Dixit Iesus discípulis suis: Nemo potest duóbus dóminis servíre: aut enim unum ódio habébit, et álterum díliget: aut unum sustinébit, et álterum contémnet. Non potéstis Deo servíre et mammónæ. Ideo dico vobis, ne sollíciti sitis ánimæ vestræ, quid manducétis, neque córpori vestro, quid induámini. Nonne ánima plus est quam esca: et corpus plus quam vestiméntum? Respícite volatília cœli, quóniam non serunt neque metunt neque cóngregant in hórrea: et Pater vester cœléstis pascit illa. Nonne vos magis pluris estis illis? Quis autem vestrum cógitans potest adiícere ad statúram suam cúbitum unum? Et de vestiménto quid sollíciti estis? At that time, Jesus said to His disciples: No man serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will stand by the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. Therefore I say to you, do not be anxious for your life, what you shall eat; nor yet for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life a greater thing than the food, and the body than the clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they do not sow, or reap, or gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are not you of much more value than they? But which of you by being anxious about it can add to his stature a single cubit? And as for clothing, why are you anxious? Consider how the lilies of the field grow; they neither toil nor spin, yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory was arrayed like one of those. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which flourishes today but tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more you, O you of little faith! Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or, ‘What shall we drink?’ or, ‘What are we to put on?’ – for after all these things the Gentiles seek; – for your Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the Kingdom of God and His justice, and all these things shall be given you besides.

DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
Oggi celebriamo la S. messa votiva S. Messa dello Spirito Santo..
Nella prima lettura gli apostolo avendo appreso che la Samaria si era convertita vi mandarono alcuni apostoli per benedirli con lo Spirito Santo (che non era ancora sceso con la Pentecoste su tutti loro).
Cosi’ la Samaria venne accolta nella Chiesa.
Nel Vangelo Gesu dice agli apostoli che solo chi segue la sua parola lo ama veramente e puo’ ricevere lo Spirito Santo. Esorta a non essere turbati perche’ va al Padre. Promette di inviare presto agli apostoli lo Spirito Santo che ricordera’ loro tutti i suoi insegnamenti.
Domani e’ il giorno della festa della Nativita’ della BVM cui tutti noi stiamo preparandoci. Abbiamo chiesto per questo nella preghiera iniziale in latino che lo Spirito Santo purifichi i nostri pensieri.
Lo chiediamo per tutta la Chiesa.
Perche’ siamo vicini ad un evento di importanza incalcolabile: il Sinodo delle Sinodalita’ che segnera’ la separazione della falsa Chiesa dalla autentica Chiesa Cattolica.
Per questo invochiamo lo Spirito Santo!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

Today we celebrate the Holy Votive Mass. Holy Mass of the Holy Spirit.. In the first reading, the apostles, having learned that Samaria had converted, sent some apostles there to bless them with the Holy Spirit (who had not yet descended on all of them with Pentecost). Thus Samaria was welcomed into the Church. In the Gospel, Jesus tells the apostles that only those who follow his word truly love him and can receive the Holy Spirit. He urges us not to be upset because he goes to the Father. He promises to soon send the apostles the Holy Spirit who will remind them of all his teachings. Tomorrow is the day of the Feast of the Nativity of the BVM for which we are all preparing. For this reason we asked in the opening prayer in Latin that the Holy Spirit purify our thoughts. We ask it for the whole Church. Because we are close to an event of incalculable importance: the Synod of Synodality which will mark the separation of the false Church from the authentic Catholic Church. This is why we invoke the Holy Spirit!
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
