Evangelium
Marc 16:1-7.
Erat quippe magnus valde.
Gospel
Mark 16:1-7
At that time, Mary Magdalen, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought sweet spices, that coming they might anoint Jesus. And very early in the morning, the first day of the week, they came to the sepulchre, the sun being now risen. And they said one to another: Who shall roll us back the stone from the door of the sepulchre? And looking, they saw the stone rolled back. For it was very great. And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed with a white robe, and they were astonished. Who saith to them, Be not affrighted; ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified: He is risen, He is not here; behold the place where they laid Him. But go, tell His disciples, and Peter, that He goeth before you into Galilee; there you shall see Him, as He told you.
DALL’OMELIA DI (FROM THE HOMILY BY) DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA – ORARI S.MESSA DI DOMENICA DI PASQUA 17 APRILE 2022, ORE 17.30

FROM THE HOMILY BY DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**)
Happy Easter to all the faithful everywhere in the world! Happy Easter in the heart and soul.
St. Paul says we must reject the old yeast! The lamb, Jesus Christ, was sacrificed for us. Unleavened bread must be made with new yeast.
The ferment is very important, because it acts with power and strength. You can’t see it but it’s there.
This is why St. Paul affirms that discernment is needed.
What ferment is there within us? They received the good leaven in baptism, it is the Holy Spirit! But we must not forget this by following the impulses of the Original Sin.
For this we have renewed the baptismal promises. We no longer have to look at the past! Then we heard the Gospel of St. Mark. Jesus is resolved, he is no longer in the tomb!
We are looking for Jesus and he will show us his divinity. The angel wants to teach us that God is alive and present!
This is what changes our life!
Praised be Jesus Christ. Always be praised!
