At that time, Jesus was casting out a devil, and the same was dumb; and when He had cast out the devil, the dumb man spoke. And the crowds marveled. But some of them said, By Beelzebub, the prince of devils, He casts out devils. And others, to test Him, demanded from Him a sign from heaven. But He, seeing their thoughts, said to them: Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and house will fall upon house. If, then, Satan also is divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because you say that I cast out devils by Beelzebub. Now, if I cast out devils by Beelzebub, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. But if I cast out devils by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. When the strong man, fully armed, guards his courtyard, his property is undisturbed. But if a stronger than he attacks and overcomes him, he will take away all his weapons that he relied upon, and will divide his spoils. When the unclean spirit has gone out of a man, he roams through waterless places in search of rest; and finding none, he says, ‘I will return to my house which I left.’ And when he has come to it, he finds the place swept. Then he goes and takes seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and dwell there; and the last state of that man becomes worse that the first. Now it came to pass as He was saying these things, that a certain woman from the crowd lifted up her voice and said to Him, Blessed is the womb that bore You, and the breasts that nursed You. Ephes 5:1-9
Fratelli: Siate imitatori di Dio, come figli diletti: e camminate nell’amore, così come il Cristo ha amato noi, e si è sacrificato egli stesso per noi, quale offerta e vittima in odore di soavità.
Luc 11:14-28
In quel tempo: Gesù stava liberando un indemoniato che era muto. Se io col dito di Dio scaccio i démoni, certo è venuto a voi il regno di Dio. Quando il forte armato custodisce il suo àtrio, è al sicuro tutto quello che egli possiede. Ma se un altro più forte di lui lo sovrasta e lo vince, porta via tutte le armi in cui egli poneva la sua fiducia e ne spartisce le spoglie. Chi non è con me, è contro di me; e chi non raccoglie con me, disperde.
Siamo arrivati alla meta’ della Quaresima. Cerchiamo di intensificare i nostri propositi!
Nel Vangelo scaccia i demoni, liberandone le vittime. Quando uno non riesce a manifestare la sua fede, e’ come muto. Ma la reazione degli scribi e farisei e’ quella di accusare Gesu’ di essere dalla parte di Beleebul.
Non sanno vedere un Gesu’ la verita’, sono prevenuti. I loro giudizi sono inquinati, la loro vista accecata.
Ma queste cose succedono anche al presente. Dobbiamo per questo tenere le distanze da questa societa’, che da’ giudizi e si pone come guida avendo prima rifiutato Gesu’ Cristo. Questa societa’ ha perso la guida di Gesu’ ed e’ quindi contro Gesu’.
Altri chiedevano un segno dal cielo, pur avendo Gesu’ presente!
Ma noi avremmo riconosciuto il Signore? Nei Fratelli Karamazov c’e’ un episodio in cui si immagina un incontro con Gesu’ vestito come uno di noi. Lo riconosceremmo davvero?
L’importante e’ specchiare la nostra vita sugli insegnamenti di Gesu’ Cristo: dobbiamo cambiare noi stessi e la nostra vita! Dobbiamo essere pronti ad accogliere il Signore, pronti a riconoscerlo.
Occorre un livello di vita all’altezza, come dice San Paolo. Occorre diventare figli della luce, che crescono alla luce del Signore. Occorre quindi riconoscere cosa e’ veramente cattolico e cosa non lo e’!
Occorre discernere, uscendo dall’inganno della falsa chiesa!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo. Sempre sia lodato!

Luke 11: 14-28 At that time: Jesus was delivering a demon possessed who was mute. If I drive out the demons with the finger of God, surely the kingdom of God has come to you. When the armed fort guards his atrium, everything he possesses is safe. But if someone stronger than him dominates and overcomes him, he takes away all the weapons in which he placed his trust and divides their spoils. Whoever is not with me is against me; and whoever does not gather with me scatters.
We have reached the middle of Lent. Let us try to intensify our resolutions! In the Gospel he casts out demons, freeing their victims.
When one fails to manifest his faith, he is as if mute. But the reaction of the scribes and Pharisees is to accuse him of being on Beleebul’s side. They do not know how to see a Jesus the truth, they are prejudiced.
Their judgments are tainted, their sight blinded. But these things also happen in the present. We must therefore keep our distance from this society, which gives judgments and acts as a guide having first rejected Jesus Christ. This society has lost the leadership of Jesus and is therefore against Jesus.
Others were asking for a sign from heaven, despite having Jesus present! But would we have recognized the Lord? In the Karamazov Brothers there is an episode in which we imagine an encounter with Jesus dressed like one of us. Would we really recognize him?
The important thing is to mirror our life on the teachings of Jesus Christ: we must change ourselves and our life! We must be ready to welcome the Lord, ready to recognize him. A high standard of living is needed, as Saint Paul says.
It is necessary to become children of the light, who grow in the light of the Lord. It is therefore necessary to recognize what is truly Catholic and what is not! It is necessary to discern, emerging from the deception of the false church!
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
