DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA(**,1)
Dal Vangelo secondo S. Matteo.
Gesu’, ispirato dallo SpiritoSanti, e’ nel deserto per essere tentato da satana. Le tentazioni non possono in alcun modo modificare l’eterna volonta’ di Dio. Alla fine gli angeli discendono dal cielo e servono Gesu’.
Inizia la Quaresima dopo la festivita’ delle ceneri (per abbassare la testa davanti a Dio nostro creatore e Salvatore). Poiche’ siamo peccatori dobbiamo necessariamente chiedere aiuto al Signore per salvare le nostre anime, altrimenti destinate all’inferno.
Non dobbiamo passare la nostra vita come meglio capita, ma impegnandoci a collaborare con Gesu’, vero Dio e vero uomo. Quando Dio ci fornisce la grazie, come durante il tempo della Quaresima, dobbiamo riceverla!
Gesu’ e’ proprio figlio di Dio perche’ supera le tre tentazioni di satana!
Ma se Gesu’ e’ stato indotto in tentazione nel deserto anche noi siamo nel deserto della vita tentati continuamente! Dio infatti prova tutte le creature dotate di libero arbitrio: gli angeli prima della creazione e noi uomini durante tutta la nostra vita!
Ma in tutta la nostra vita noi siamo sempre con Gesu’: nella prova impariamo a combattere! Il Signore nella prova non ci abbandona mai! Non siamo mai soli. Gesu’ e’ sempre con noi!
Non di solo pane vive l’uomo ma di ogni parola che esce dalla bocca del Signore! Non bastano la cose materiali che conducono alla morte fisica e spirituale! Invece la parole del Signore, tramite le preghiere e la celebrazione eucaristica quotidiane ci portano la vita eterna!
Riceviamo dunque dal Signore la parola di vita per dare agli altri qualcosa di buono!
L’ultima tentazione di satana e’ la richiesta di adorare gli idoli, di rifiutare/negare la transustanziazione, di inginocchiarsi davanti alla autorita’ sataniche di questo mondo e invece rifiutarsi di farlo di fronte a Dio.
Attenzione quindi a questa tentazione satanica!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo. Sempre sia lodato!

From the Gospel according to St. Matthew.
Jesus, inspired by the Holy Spirit, is in the desert to be tempted by Satan. Temptations cannot in any way modify the eternal will of God. In the end the angels descend from heaven and serve Jesus. The Fourth Year begins after the Ash Festival (to lower our heads before God our Creator and Savior). Since we are sinners we must necessarily ask the Lord for help to save our souls, otherwise destined for hell. We must not spend our lives as best happens, but committing ourselves to collaborate with Jesus, true God and true man. When God provides us with grace, such as the season of Lent, we must receive it! Jesus is the very son of God because he overcomes Satan’s three temptations! But if Jesus was led into temptation in the desert, we too are continually tempted in the desert of life! In fact, God tests all creatures endowed with free will: the angels before creation and we humans throughout our lives. But throughout our lives we are always with Jesus: in trials we learn to fight! The Lord never abandons us in trials! We are never alone. Jesus is always with us! Man does not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord! Material things that lead to physical and spiritual death are not enough! Instead, the words of the Lord, through daily prayers and Eucharistic celebrations, bring us eternal life! Let us therefore receive from the Lord the word of life to give something good to others! Satan’s ultimate temptation is the request to worship idols, to refuse/deny transubstantiation, to kneel before the satanic authorities of this world and instead refuse to do so before God. So beware of this satanic temptation!
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
