EVANGELIUM E OMELIA\HOMILY:
Ioannes 19:25-27
Gospel
John 19:25-27
Now there stood by the cross of Jesus, his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalen. When Jesus therefore had seen his mother and the disciple standing whom he loved, he saith to his mother: Woman, behold thy son. After that, he saith to the disciple: Behold thy mother. And from that hour, the disciple took her to his own.
DALL’OMELIA (FROM THE HOMILY) – SABATO 20 APRILE 2024 ORE 18.00

FROM THE HOMILY BY DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
Reading of the Letter of Saint Peter to the Ephesians.
God’s grace be with all of you brothers!
From the Gospel of St. John.
Jesus announces his death and resurrection. Today we celebrate the Votive Mass for the Holy Cross. In fact, from the Cross, the trophy of victory, material and spiritual gifts come to us. We too must look at our sufferings as signs of victory over sin and Satan.
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
