DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
Lettura dalla prima lettera di S, Pietro Apostolo.
Carissimi: Sacerdote anch’io e teste della Passione di Cristo e chiamato ad aver parte alla futura gloria, io scongiuro i sacerdoti che sono tra voi: Pascete il gregge di Dio, che vi è affidato, governandolo non per forza, ma volentieri per amor di Dio.
Dal Vangelo secondo S. Matteo.
In quel tempo, Gesù, venuto nella zona di Cesarea di Filippo, interrogava i suoi discepoli: «Chi dicono che sia il Figlio dell’uomo?».
Oggi ricordiamo S. Leone Primo detto Magno divenuto papa nel 440. La Chiesa era pervasa dall’eresia Ariana mentre l’impero romano era in pieno disfacimento. S. Leone indisse il concilio di Calcedonia che proclamo’ la doppia natura di Cristo, cancellando cosi’ tutte le eresie.
ChIediamo quindi l’intercessione di papa S. Leone contro tutte le eresie che si diffondono nella Chiesa al presente [ndr a causa del falso insegnamento di Bergoglio e dei suoi seguaci].
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

At that time, Jesus, having come to the area of Caesarea Philippi, asked his disciples: "Who do they say the Son of Man is?".
Today we remember St. Leo the Great, known as the Great, who became pope in 440. The Church was pervaded by the Arian heresy while the Roman Empire was in full disintegration. St. Leo called the Council of Chalcedon which proclaimed the double nature of Christ, thus canceling all heresies.
