DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
I giusti vivono per sempre e la loro ricompensa e’ in cielo (Prima lettura).
Gesu’ discende dal monte e si una spianata si trova di fronte un gran numero di fedeli. Pronuncia le beatitudini dei poveri, degli affamati, degli afflitti, dei suoi fedeli perseguitati a causa del Figlio dell’Uomo.
Oggi ricordiamo Cosma e Damiano, due fratelli siriani medici santi.
In terra Gesu’ predicava il Vangelo e curava gli ammalati. I medici svolgono la loro missione a nome di Gesu’ Cristo.
La cura delle malattie va fatta con coraggio. Ma la salute piu’ importante e’ quella dell’anima. Preghiamo percheì i medici ritrovino la fede e la loro missione!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

The righteous live forever and their reward is in heaven (First reading). Jesus descends from the mountain and finds himself in front of a large number of faithful on a clearing. He pronounces the beatitudes of the poor, the hungry, the afflicted, his faithful persecuted because of the Son of Man. Today we remember Cosmas and Damian, two Syrian brothers who are holy doctors. On earth Jesus preached the Gospel and cared for the sick. Doctors carry out their mission on behalf of Jesus Christ. The treatment of diseases must be done with courage. But the most important health is that of the soul. Let us pray for doctors to rediscover their faith and their mission!
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
