EVANGELIUM E OMELIA\HOMILY:
Ioann 5:1-15
In his iacébat multitúdo magna languéntium, cæcórum, claudórum, aridórum exspectántium aquæ motum. Is autem, qui sanus fúerat efféctus, nesciébat, quis esset. Iesus enim declinávit a turba constitúta in loco.
Gospel
John 5:1-15
At that time, there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now there is at Jerusalem, by the Sheepgate, a pool called in Hebrew Bethsaida, having five porticoes. In these were lying a great multitude of the sick, blind, lame, and those with shriveled limbs, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel of the Lord used to come down at certain times into the pool, and the water was troubled. And the first to go down into the pool after the troubling of the water was cured of whatever infirmity he had. Now a certain man was there who had been thirty-eight years under his infirmity. When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had been in this state a long time, He said to him, Do you want to get well? The sick man answered Him, Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred; for while I am coming, another steps down before me. Jesus said to him, Rise, take up your pallet and walk. And at once the man was cured. And he took up his pallet and began to walk. Now that day was a Sabbath. The Jews therefore said to him who had been healed, It is the Sabbath; you are not allowed to take up your pallet. He answered them, He who made me well said to me, ‘Take up your pallet and walk.’ They asked him then, Who is the man who said to you, ‘Take up your pallet and walk’? But the man who had been healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had quietly gone away, since there was a crowd in the place. Afterwards Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, Behold, you are cured. Sin no more, lest something worse befall you. The man went away and told the Jews that it was Jesus Who had healed him.
DALL’OMELIA DI (FROM THE HOMILY BY) DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA – VENERDI 3 MARZO 2023 ORE 17.30:
DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
Ezech 18:20-28
Occorre rinnovarsi continuamente all’acqua dello Spirito Santo”!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

FROM THE HOMILY BY DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
Ezek 18:20-28 Thus says the Lord: “The soul that shall have sinned shall die: the son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, nor the father that of the son: upon the head of the righteous shall be righteousness, and upon that of the wicked wickedness.” . But if the wicked does penance for all his sins, keeps my commandments, and acts according to equity and justice, he will have true life and will not die. I will remember nothing more of all the iniquities committed by him; he will have life for the justice he practiced. Do I want the death of the sinner – says the Lord God – or rather that he converts from his wrongdoing and lives?
John 5:1-15 At that time, being a Jewish feast, Jesus went to Jerusalem. Now in Jerusalem near the Gate of the Flock there is a swimming pool, called in Hebrew: Bethesda, with five porticoes. Beneath them lay large numbers of sick, blind, lame or paralyzed people waiting for the movement of the water.
We are on the first Friday of March. The Gospel speaks to us of water, more precisely the miraculous water of the pool of Bethesda that came out of the right side of the temple. It is water that brings life. According to the prophecy, the first ch immerses himself in the pool, when the water is stirred up by the angels, he is healed. The miracle of healing performed by Jesus is the same as our baptism. Sin has to do with sickness (which in fact comes from original sin). But be careful not to sin after the miraculous healing, because this causes damnation! It is therefore necessary to detach from sin! We must continually renew ourselves with the water of the Holy Spirit”!
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
