EVANGELIUM E OMELIA\HOMILY:
Evangelium
Ioann 15:12-16
Gospel
John 15:12-16
At that time, Jesus said to His disciples, This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love than this no one has, that one lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends if you do the things I command you. No longer do I call you servants, because the servant does not know what his master does. But I have called you friends, because all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you, and have appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
DALL’OMELIA DI (FROM THE HOMILY BY) DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA – ORARI S.MESSA DI LUNEDI 18 LUGLIO 2022, ORE 8.00:
DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (*,1)
1 Joann 3:13-18.

FROM THE HOMILY BY DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
1 Joann 3: 13-18. Dear ones, don’t be surprised if the world hates you. We know we have passed from death to life, because we love our brothers. Whoever does not love remains in death: whoever hates his brother is a murderer.
Joann 15: 12-16 At that time Jesus said to his disciples: «My commandment is this: that you love one another as I have loved you. No one has greater love than someone who gives his life for his friends. In the Gospel Jesus calls us friends and gives us the new commandment: to love your enemies.
Today we remember San Camillo de Lellis (Bucchianico, May 25, 1550 – Rome, July 14, 1614) was an Italian religious and presbyter.
Due to an unhealed wound he was not accepted among the Capuchins. For this he was admitted to a hospital.
After this experience he decided to found the Order of Clerics Regular Ministers of the Sick (Camillians). To cure even the dying.
In fact, it is a question of faithfully following the teaching of Jesus Christ who gave his life for us!
St. Camillus loved his neighbor in the poor and the sick.
So let’s follow his example!
Praised be Christ! Always be praised!
