DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (*)
Oggi celebriamo l’anniversario della prima apparizione di Fatima.
Il 13 maggio 1917 la Vergine apparve per la prima volta in Portogallo, in un villaggio sperduto sugli altipiani dell’Estremadura a tre pastorelli: Lucia Dos Santos e Francesco e Giacinta Marto chiedendo penitenza e conversione. Pio XII nel 1942 consacrò il mondo al Cuore Immacolato di Maria mentre Giovanni Paolo II attribuì alla Vergine di Fatima l’intercessione per essersi salvato dall’attentato del 13 maggio 1981 in piazza San Pietro.
Nei Messali non si trova il testo della Messa per questa festivita’. Ma per noi e’ una festa importantissima.
Ci fornisce infatti la chiave delle vicende attuali della Chiesa.
I tre pastorelli al pascolo vedono per la prima volta la Signora di Fatima. Che afferma: “Io vengo dal cielo”. Questa cappella e’ celeste perche’ e’ il colore del cielo. La BVM viene appunto dal cielo scegliendo tre bambini, tre innocenti.
La BVM chiede loro se sono disponibili a pregare e a offrire le loro sofferenze per la salvezza delle anime.
I bambini sono piu’ vicini al cielo di noi adulti. Loro accettano di pregare!
Era la prima guerra mondiale e stava per nascere la rivoluzione d’ottobre, l’inizio della dittatura del comunismo.
Ma ora non si tratta solo della guerra Russia vs. Ucraina (1). Ci sono pero’ molte altre guerre fatte con le idee (2): tutte lotte senza quartiere tra il bene e il male!
E’ questa la guerra che la BVM vuole farci conoscere!
Si tratta di combattere per il bene! E’ una battaglia che si svolge nelle anime degli uomini. La BVM le vuole salvare, mentre satana le vuole trascinare all’inferno.
Dobbiamo imparare a obbedire alle parole della Mamma celeste. Ci chiede di offrire le nostre sofferenze per l’espiazione dei peccati e per far finire questa guerra con la vittoria del bene!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

Today we celebrate the anniversary of the first apparition of Fatima.
On May 13, 1917, the Virgin appeared for the first time in Portugal, in a remote village in the highlands of Extremadura to three little shepherds: Lucia Dos Santos and Francesco and Giacinta Marto asking for penance and conversion. Pius XII in 1942 consecrated the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary while John Paul II attributed to the Virgin of Fatima the intercession for having saved himself from the attack of 13 May 1981 in St. Peter’s Square.
The text of the Mass for this holiday is not found in the Missals.
But for us it is a very important party. In fact, it provides us with the key to the current events of the Church.
The three little shepherds grazing see the Lady of Fatima for the first time. Which states: “I come from heaven”. This chapel is heavenly because it is the color of the sky. The BVM comes precisely from heaven by choosing three children, three innocent.
The BVM asks them if they are available to pray and offer their sufferings for the salvation of souls. Children are closer to heaven than us adults. They agree to pray!
It was the First World War and the October Revolution was about to be born, the beginning of the dictatorship of Communism. But now it’s not just about the Russia vs. Ukraine (1). However, there are many other wars waged with ideas (2): all battles without quarter between good and evil!
This is the war that the BVM wants us to know!
It’s about fighting for good! It is a battle that takes place in the souls of men.
The BVM wants to save them, while Satan wants to drag them to hell. We must learn to obey the words of the heavenly Mother. She asks us to offer our sufferings for the expiation of sins and to end this war with the victory of good
