Matt 16:13-19
In illo témpore: Venit Iesus in partes Cæsaréæ Philíppi, et interrogábat discípulos suos, dicens: Quem dicunt hómines esse Fílium hóminis? At illi dixérunt: Alii Ioánnem Baptístam, alii autem Elíam, alii vero Ieremíam aut unum ex prophétis. Dicit illis Iesus: Vos autem quem me esse dícitis? Respóndens Simon Petrus, dixit: Tu es Christus, Fílius Dei vivi. Respóndens autem Iesus, dixit ei: Beátus es, Simon Bar Iona: quia caro et sanguis non revelávit tibi, sed Pater meus, qui in cœlis est. In that time: Jesus came into the quarters of Caesarea Philippi: and he asked his disciples, saying: Whom do men say that the Son of man is? But they said: Some John the Baptist, and other some Elias, and others Jeremias, or one of the prophets. Jesus saith to them: But whom do you say that I am? Simon Peter answered and said: Thou art Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answering, said to him: Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-Jona: because flesh and blood hath not revealed it to thee, but my Father who is in heaven. And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven.

DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (*)
1 Pet 5:1-4; 5:10-11
Carissimi: Sacerdote anch’io e teste della Passione di Cristo e chiamato ad aver parte alla futura gloria, io scongiuro i sacerdoti che sono tra voi: Pascete il gregge di Dio, che vi è affidato, governandolo non per forza, ma volentieri per amor di Dio
Matth 16:13-19
In quel tempo, Gesù, venuto nella zona di Cesarea di Filippo, interrogava i suoi discepoli: «Chi dicono che sia il Figlio dell’uomo?». Ed essi risposero: «Alcuni Giovanni il. Battista, altri Elia, altri ancora Geremia, o uno dei profeti». Disse loro Gesù: «Ma voi, chi dite che io sia?». Rispose Simon Pietro: «Tu sei il Cristo, il Figlio del Dio vivente».
Oggi ricordiamo San Cleto e San Marcellini, due santi martiri. Il primo figura nella serie dei Papi come il secondo successore di san Pietro dal 76 all’88. Il suo nome è nel Canone della Messa. Il secondo governò la Chiesa due secoli più tardi, dal 296 al 304, durante la terribile persecuzione di Diocleziano. I primi papi furono tutti martirizzati. Avevano dentro il fuoco della fede ed hanno dato la loro stessa vita per pascere il gregge di Dio. In un’epoca come la nostra in cui la pastorale assume piu’ importanza della fede in realta’ vi sono ben pochi dei pastori della chiesa sono disposti al sacrificio di se. Si deve tornare ad una chiesa nuova! Ora occorre essere fedeli al nostro papa Benedetto XVI, celebrando Una Cum lui stesso. Non prevarra’ il male! La chiesa di PPBXVI, la nostra chiesa, non tramontera’ mai!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

Today we remember San Cleto and San Marcellini, two holy martyrs. The first figure in the series of Popes as the second successor of St. Peter from 76 to 88. His name is in the Canon of the Mass. The second ruled the Church two centuries later, from 296 to 304, during the terrible persecution of Diocletian.
The first popes were all martyred. They had inside the fire of faith and they gave their very life to shepherd the flock of God.
In an age like ours in which pastoral care takes on more importance than faith in reality there are very few of the pastors of the church are willing to self-sacrifice.
We must return to a new church!
Now we need to be faithful to our Pope Benedict XVI, celebrating Una Cum himself. Evil will not prevail!
The church of PPBXVI, our church, will never go down!
