In illo témpore: Undecim discípuli abiérunt in Galilǽam, in montem, ubi constitúerat illis Iesus. Et vidéntes eum adoravérunt: quidam autem dubitavérunt. Et accédens Iesus locútus est eis, dicens: Data est mihi omnis potéstas in cœlo et in terra. Eúntes ergo, docéte omnes gentes, baptizántes eos in nómine Patris, et Fílii, et Spíritus Sancti: docentes eos serváre ómnia, quæcúmque mandávi vobis. And Jesus coming, spoke to them, saying: All power is given to me in heaven and in earth. Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world.

DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (*)
1 Petri 3:18-22
Carissimi, il Cristo è morto una sola volta per i nostri peccati, Lui il Giusto per gli ingiusti, per offrirci a Dio È stato messo a morte secondo la carne, ma reso alla vita quanto allo spirito.
Matt 28:16-20
E Gesù, accostatosi, disse loro: «Mi è stato dato ogni potere, in cielo e in terra. Andate dunque ad ammaestrare tutte le genti, battezzandole nel nome del Padre e del Figlio e dello Spirito Santo, insegnando loro ad osservare tutte le cose che vi ho comandate. Ed ecco io sono con voi tutti i giorni, sino alla fine del mondo».
Il Vangelo di oggi parla dell’ultima apparizione agli apostoli. Avviene su un monte della Galilea indicato da Gesu’ Cristo. Si chiude la preparazione delle persone che lui stesso ha preparato per tre anni. Dopo la resurrezione, ora tutti gli apostoli credono in Gesu’ Cristo.
Prima di salire al cielo Gesu’ assicura la sua presenza accanto ai cristiani (vescovi e sacerdoti) fino alla fine del mondo. E comanda di andare in tutto il mondo, battezzando tutti i popoli e insegnando tutto quanto Gesu’ stesso ha insegnato!
Ma ora la fiaccola della Chiesa si e’ spenta! Addirittura viene negata l’evangelizzazione delle genti! Occorre una nuova evangelizzazione della terra, una nuova vita della chiesa! Ci sara’ una seconda Pentecoste, dopo una sofferenza di santificazione!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

Matt 28: 16-20 And Jesus came up and said to them: «All power has been given to me, in heaven and on earth. Go therefore to teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And here I am with you all the days, until the end of the world ».
Today’s Gospel speaks of the last apparition to the apostles.
It takes place on a mount of Galilee indicated by Jesus himself.
The preparation of the people that he himself has prepared for three years ends. After the resurrection, now all the apostles believe in Jesus Christ.
Before ascending to heaven, Jesus ensures his presence alongside Christians (bishops and priests) until the end of the world.
And he commands us to go into the whole world, baptizing all peoples and teaching everything that Jesus himself taught!
But now the Church’s torch has gone out! Even the evangelization of peoples is denied!
We need a new evangelization of the earth, a new life of the church!
There will be a second Pentecost, after a suffering of sanctification!
