At that time, Jesus said to His disciples, Behold, I am sending you forth like sheep in the midst of wolves. Be therefore wise as serpents, and guileless as doves. But beware of men; for they will deliver you up to councils, and scourge you in their synagogues, and you will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, for a witness to them and to the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, do not be anxious how or what you are to speak; for what you are to speak will be given you in that hour. For it is not you who are speaking, but the Spirit of your Father Who speaks through you. And brother will hand over brother to death, and the father of his child; children will rise up against parents and put them to death. And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake; but he who has persevered to the end will be saved.

Gal 1:11-20
Vi dichiaro apertamente, o fratelli che il vangelo da me predicato non è opera umana; perché io non l’ho ricevuto, né imparato da uomo, ma per rivelazione da Gesù Cristo.
Matt 10:16-22
In quel tempo, disse Gesù ai suoi discepoli: «Ecco io vi mando come pecore in mezzo ai lupi: siate adunque prudenti come serpenti e semplici come colombe. Guardatevi dagli uomini, poiché vi tradurranno nei tribunali e vi flagelleranno nelle loro sinagoghe, e sarete condotti davanti a governatori e a re per causa mia, per rendere testimonianza a loro e ai pagani.
Oggi commemoriamo Paolo di Tarso, nato con il nome di Saulo, noto come san Paolo per il culto tributatogli e uno degli apostoli. E’ stato scelto da Dio, la sua conversione un fatto meraviglioso. È stato chiamato l’«apostolo delle genti» (ἐθνῶν ἀπόστολος= ethnón apóstolos), ovvero il principale missionario del Vangelo di Gesù tra i pagani greci e romani. Luogo di nascita: Tarso, Turchia.
San Paolo afferma nell’epistola di aver ricevuto il Vangelo per diretta rivelazione di Gesu’ Cristo. Non conosceva ancora nessuno degli apostoli!
Verra’ martirizzato anche lui per la fede (luogo di morte: Roma, luogo di sepoltura: Basilica Papale San Paolo fuori le Mura, Roma) mediante decapitazione. Ma il martirio, anche oggi, puo’ anche essere bianco se accompagnato dalla sofferenza, ma non necessariamente da morte cruenta. Basta soffrire davanti al cospetto di Dio (le altre persone non contano!).
La chiesa di domani sara’ formata da persone semplici e prudenti, non da persone credulone e ingenue!
Occorre infatti far uso della regione, non si deve farsi trascinare dalle emozioni e dai sentimenti!
Sia lodato Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

Gal 1: 11-20 I declare to you openly, brothers, that the gospel preached by me is not a human work; because I have not received it, nor learned it from man, but by revelation from Jesus Christ.
Matt 10: 16-22 At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves: therefore be prudent as serpents and simple as doves. Beware of men, for they will translate you in the courts and scourge you in their synagogues, and you will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, to testify to them and the Gentiles.
Today we commemorate St. Paul (Paul of Tarsus, born with the name of Saul), known as St. Paul for his cult and one of the apostles. He was chosen by God, his conversion a wonderful fact.
He was called the “apostle of the peoples” (ἐθνῶν ἀπόστολος = ethnón apóstolos), or the main missionary of the Gospel of Jesus among the Greek and Roman pagans. Place of birth: Tarsus, Turkey. Saint Paul states in the epistle that he received the Gospel by direct revelation of Jesus Christ.
