DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
La prima lettura (II lettera ai Corinzi) esorta a restare nella gioia, di vivere nella pace e nell’amore di Dio.
Il Vangelo (Giovanni) riporta l’annuncio di Gesu’ del prossimo arrivo dello Spirito Santo (il Consolatore) su di loro. Sara’ lo stesso Spirito Canto a rendere testiminonianza, a confermare la loro fede e a ricordare loro l’insegnamento di Gesu’. I cristiani saranno perseguitati perche’ diffondono la fede. –
La Messa Votiva e’ l’occasione piu’ opportuna per ringraziare la SS. Trinita’ per tutte le grazie che continuiamo a ricevere. Senza Dio non possiamo sussistere ne’ raggiungere la vita’ eterna in paradiso.
Lo Spirito Santo ha per ciascuno di noi un ruolo molto importante per poter essere testimoni della fede, testimoni della Verita’. E’ infatti lo spirito Santo che ci guidera’ nel momento della prova!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

The first reading (II letter to the Corinthians) exhorts us to remain in joy, to live in peace and in God’s love. The Gospel (John) reports Jesus’ announcement of the imminent arrival of the Holy Spirit (the Comforter) upon them. It will be the Spirit Singing himself to bear witness, to confirm their faith and to remind them of Jesus’ teaching. Christians will be persecuted because they spread the faith. – The Votive Mass is the most appropriate occasion to thank the SS. Trinity for all the graces we continue to receive. Without God we cannot subsist nor attain eternal life in heaven. The Holy Spirit has a very important role for each of us in order to be witnesses of the faith, witnesses of the Truth. It is in fact the Holy Spirit who will guide us in the moment of trial!
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
