Matt 17:1-9
In illo témpore: Assúmpsit Iesus Petrum, et Iacóbum, et Ioánnem fratrem eius, et duxit illos in montem excélsum seórsum: et transfigurátus est ante eos. Et resplénduit fácies eius sicut sol: vestiménta autem eius facta sunt alba sicut nix. Et ecce, apparuérunt illis Móyses et Elías cum eo loquéntes. Respóndens autem Petrus, dixit ad Iesum: Dómine, bonum est nos hic esse: si vis, faciámus hic tria tabernácula, tibi unum, Móysi unum et Elíæ unum. Adhuc eo loquénte, ecce, nubes lúcida obumbrávit eos. Et ecce vox de nube, dicens: Hic est Fílius meus diléctus, in quo mihi bene complácui: ipsum audíte. At that time, Jesus took Peter, James and his brother John, and led them up a high mountain by themselves, and was transfigured before them. And His face shone as the sun, and His garments became white as snow. And behold, there appeared to them Moses and Elias talking together with Him. Then Peter addressed Jesus, saying, Lord, it is good for us to be here. If You will, let us set up three tents here, one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elias. As he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice out of the cloud said, This is My beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased; hear Him. And on hearing it the disciples fell on their faces and were exceedingly afraid. And Jesus came near and touched them, and said to them, Arise, and do not be afraid. But lifting up their eyes, they saw no one but Jesus only. And as they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus cautioned them, saying, Tell the vision to no one, till the Son of Man has risen from the dead.

Deut 26:12-19
Mosè parlò al popolo e disse:
« Quando avrai finito di levare tutte le decime del tuo provento, dirai nel cospetto del Signore Dio tuo: “Ho tolto di casa mia la roba sacra, e l’ho data al levita e al forestiero, all’orfano e alla vedova, come tu mi hai ordinato, non ho trascurato i tuoi comandamenti, né ho dimenticati i tuoi precetti. Ho obbedito alla voce del Signore Dio mio ed ho fatto ogni cosa secondo i tuoi ordini. Volgi il tuo sguardo dalla tua santa dimora, dal cielo, e benedici il tuo popolo d’Israele e la terra che tu ci hai data, come giurasti ai padri nostri, terra che stilla latte e miele”.
1 Thess 5:14-23
Vi esortiamo ancora, o fratelli, a correggere i disordinati, a consolare i pusillanimi, a sostenere i deboli, ad esser pazienti con tutti. Badate che nessuno renda ad un altro male per male: ma fatevi del bene a vicenda e verso di tutti. Siate sempre allegri. Non cessate mai di pregare.

In quel tempo, Gesù prese con sé Pietro, Giacomo e Giovanni suo fratello, e li condusse in disparte, su un alto monte; e, davanti a loro, si trasfigurò.
Questo e’ l’ultimo sabato di febbraio. Stiamo compiendo il cammino quaresimale. Oggi e’ la festa della trasfigurazione di Gesu’ e il sabato delle quattuor tempora. Questa quaresima la vogliamo dedicare a Maria Santissima.
Sono presenti tre apostoli Pietro, Giacomo e Giovanni. Ci sono elementi tipici dell’esodo: anche Mose’ parlo’ con Dio sulla montagna. E infatti anche durante la trasfigurazione appare Mose’. Ora occorre ascoltare Gesu di cui gli aposytoli e quindi anche noi possiamo vedere il volto! Questo e’ il comandamento di Dio Padre, ascoltiamolo e contempliamolo! Questa visione potremo averla solo dopo la resurrezione di Gesu Cristo.
Gesu’ parla ancora oggi con lo Spirito Santo nei nostri cuori, anche specialmente tramite la BVM
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

Deut 26:12-19 Moses spoke to the people and said: “When you have finished taking all the tithes of your income, you will say in the presence of the Lord your God: ‘I have removed the sacred stuff from my house, and I have given it to the Levite and to the stranger, to the orphan and to the widow, as you have commanded me, I have not neglected your commandments, nor have I forgotten your precepts. I obeyed the voice of the Lord my God and did everything according to your orders. Turn your gaze from your holy abode, from heaven, and bless your people Israel and the land that you have given us, as you swore to our fathers, a land that oozes milk and honey.
1 Thess 5:14-23 We urge you again, brothers, to correct the disorderly, to console the pusillanimous, to support the weak, to be patient with everyone. Take care that no one repays evil for evil: but do good to one another and to all. Always be cheerful. Never stop praying.

Today is the feast of the transfiguration of Jesus and Saturday at four tempora.
We want to dedicate this Lent to Mary Most Holy. There are three apostles Peter, James and John. There are typical elements of the exodus: even Moses spoke to God on the mountain. And in fact Moses also appears during the transfiguration. Now we need to listen to Jesus whose face the aposytoli and therefore we too can see! This is the commandment of God the Father, let’s listen to it and contemplate it! We will only be able to have this vision after the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
