DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
Ogg ricordiamo un grande santo, una stella del cielo, S. Ambrogio.
La Chiesa e’ aggredita dall’eresia ariana. Nella stessa diocesi di MIlano era diffusissima- Pochi erano i vescovi fedeli, tra questi Sant’Atanasio e Sant’Ambrogio.
L’eresia Ariana, che oggi ha ripreso vigore consiste nel negare la natura divina di Gesu’ Cristo. Ma la luce della fede non deve restare nascosta sotto il moggio, ma brillare per illuminare la fede!
Lo stesso Sant’Agostino fu convertito da Sant’Ambrogio.
Alla vigilia della festa dell’Immacolata chiediamo alla BVM pastori di questo calibro. Chiediamo questo grande dono per la rinascita della Chiesa!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

Today we remember a great saint, a star in the sky, St. Ambrose. The Church is attacked by the Arian heresy. In the diocese of Milan itself it was very widespread – There were few faithful bishops, including Saint Athanasius and Saint Ambrose. The Arian heresy, which has regained strength today, consists in denying the divine nature of Jesus Christ. But the light of faith must not remain hidden under a bushel, but shine to illuminate faith! Saint Augustine himself was converted by Saint Ambrose. On the eve of the feast of the Immaculate Conception we ask the BVM for pastors of this caliber. We ask for this great gift for the rebirth of the Church!
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
