Eccli 31:8-11
Beato l’uomo che è trovato senza macchia, che non è andato dietro all’oro, e non ha sperato nel danaro e nei tesori. Chi è costui e gli daremo lode? Poiché’ certo ha fatto meraviglie nella sua vita. Costui, che fu provato con l’oro e rimase incorrotto, sicché ridonda a sua gloria? Costui, che poteva peccare e non peccò, fare del male e non lo fece? Per questo i suoi beni sono resi stabili nel Signore, e le sue elemosine celebrate in pubblica riunione.
Matth 1:1-16
Libro della generazione di Gesù Cristo, figlio di Oavid, figlio di Abramo. Abramo generò Isacco. Isacco generò Giacobbe. Giacobbe generò Giuda e i fratelli di lui. Giuda ebbe Fares e Zara da Tamar. Fares generò Esron. Esron generò Aram. Aram generò Aminadab. Aminadab generò Naasson. Naasson generò Salmon. Salmon ebbe Boaz da Raab. Boaz ebbe Obed da Rut. Obed generò Iesse. lesse generò Oavid, il re. E il re Oavid ebbe Salomone da quella che era stata di Uria. Salomone generò Robaamo. Robaamo generò Abia. Abia generò Asa. Asa generò Giosafat. Giosafat generò Ioram. Ioram generò Ozia. Ozia generò Ioatam. Ioatam generò Achaz. Achaz generò Ezechia. Ezechia generò Manasse. Manasse generò Amon. Amon generò Giosia. Giosia generò Geconia e i fratelli di lui, al tempo dell’esilio di Babilonia. E dopo l’esilio di Babilonia, Geconia generò Salatiel. Salatiel generò Zorobabel. Zorobabel generò Abiud. Abiud generò Eliacim. Eliacim generò Azor. Azor generò Sadoc. Sadoc generò Achim. Achim generò Eliud. Eliud generò Eleazar. Eleazar generò Matam. Matam generò Giacobbe. Giacobbe generò Giuseppe, lo sposo di Maria, dalla quale è nato Gesù, detto il Cristo.
Nel Vangelo Matteo elenca la genealogia legale di Gesu’ Cristo per via paterna (Giuseppe).
Oggi il giorno seguente all’Assunzione di Maria il Vangelo ci parle di Gioacchino il padre di Maria.
La dove ci sono santi occorre andare a ritroso perche’ nescono sempre da famiglie esemplari. Anche noi abbiamo la vocazione di diventare santi ma anche quella di creare nuovi santi. Questo aiuto vicendevole e’ molto importante. Occorre lasciare dei germogli!

Ecclus 31:8-11
Happy the man found without fault, who turns not aside after gain, nor puts his trust in money nor in treasures! For he has done wonders in his life. He has been tested by gold and come off safe, and this remains his glory forever; he could have sinned but did not, could have done evil but would not, so that his possessions are secure in the Lord, and the assembly of the Saints shall recount his alms.

The book of the origin of Jesus Christ, the Son of David, the son of Abraham. Abraham begot Isaac, Isaac begot Jacob, Jacob begot Judas and his brethren. In the Gospel Matthew lists the legal genealogy of Jesus Christ through his father (Joseph). Today the day following the Assumption of Mary the Gospel tells us about Joachim the father of Mary.
