EVANGELIUM E OMELIA\HOMILY:
Matt 25:14-23

Matt 25:14-23
At that time, Jesus spoke this parable to His disciples: A man going abroad, called his servants and handed over his goods to them. And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his particular ability, and then he went on his journey. And he who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and gained five more. In like manner, he who had received the two gained two more. But he who had received the one went away and dug in the earth and hid his master’s money. Then after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them. And he who had received the five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, ‘Master, you handed over to me five talents; behold, I have gained five others in addition.’ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; because you have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many; enter into the joy of your master.’ And he also who had received the two talents came and said, ‘Master, you handed over to me two talents; behold, I have gained two more.’ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; because you have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many; enter into the joy of your master.’
DALL’OMELIA DI (FROM THE HOMILY BY) DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA – MARTEDI 6 DICEMBRE 2022 ORE 17.30:

DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
Hebr 13:7-17.

FROM THE HOMILY BY DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (**,1)
Heb 13:7-17. Brethren: Remember your shepherds who spoke the word of God to you: considering their holy death, imitate their faith. Jesus Christ yesterday and today, he also throughout the ages. Do not let yourselves be misled by various and foreign doctrines, because it is an excellent thing to strengthen the heart with grace and not with distinguishing foods, which is of no use. We have an altar in which those who serve at the Tabernacle cannot participate.
Matt 25:14-23 At that time Jesus told his disciples this parable: “A man about to leave called his servants and gave them his goods: to whom he gave five talents, to whom two, to whom one: to each according to his ability, and immediately set off.
We have heard in this parable how the Lord commends the two servants who traded in talents. We too, hopefully, have used our talents as he wishes. and to be able to enter paradise. St. Nicholas, whom we celebrate today, also had many talents. His best-known miracle is having resurrected three children. These talents were aimed at children. We ask St. Nicholas for his protection for today’s children!
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
