Ebrei 3:1-11 –1 Perciò, fratelli santi, voi che siete partecipi di una vocazione celeste, prestate attenzione a Gesù, l’apostolo e sommo sacerdote della fede che noi professiamo, 2il quale è degno di fede per colui che l’ha costituito tale, come lo fu anche Mosè in tutta la sua casa.
Luca 22:14-20 – 14 E giunta l’ora, si sedette e gli apostoli erano con lui, 15 e disse loro: Così avrei voluto mangiare la pasqua con voi prima della mia passione, 16 perché vi dico che non lo farò. mangia di nuovo finché non si compia nel regno di Dio.
Celebriamo la messa votiva a Gesu’ Cristo Sommo Sacerdote. Salendo al Padre e’ salito nel tempio del cielo. E’ Sommo Sacerdote che chiede le grazie per noi al Padre.
Con la santa messa ci uniamo al culto divino in atto di ringraziamento ed espiazione.
Specialmente in preparazione della Pentecoste.
Celebriamo anche i santi Marcellino e Pietro (morti a Roma nel 304), nonche’ Sant’Erasmo, vescovo del Libano, tutti martirizzati durante le persecuzioni di Diocleziano.
Il sacerdote dovrebbe come questi martiri offrire un’offerta continua a Gesu’ Cristo. La spiritualita’ del sacerdote dovrebbe ispirarsi a Gesu Cristo e ai martiri e ai grandi santi come S. Pio da Petralcina.
Ma e’ solo Gesu’ che ci attirta tutti a se’. Non avremo un risveglio della Chiesa se non ci sara’ un recupero della figura sacerdotale che celebri con la liturgia tridentino-romana-apostolica.
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

Hebrews 3: 1-11 –1 Therefore, holy brothers, you who are partakers of a heavenly calling, pay attention to Jesus, the apostle and high priest of the faith that we profess, 2 who is trustworthy for him who he made it such, as was Moses in all his house.
Luke 22: 14-20 – 14 And when the hour came, he sat down and the apostles were with him, 15 and he said to them: So I would have liked to eat the Passover with you before my passion, 16 because I tell you that I will not. eat again until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
We celebrate the votive mass to Jesus Christ High Priests. Ascending to the Father, he ascended to the temple of heaven. It is the High Priest who asks for graces for us.
With the holy mass we join the divine worship in an act of thanksgiving and expiation. Especially in preparation for Pentecost. We also celebrate Saints Marcellin and Peter (who died in Rome in 304), as well as Saint Erasmus, bishop of Lebanon, all martyred during the persecutions of Diocletian.
Like these martyrs, the priest should offer a continuous offering to Jesus Christ. The spirituality of the priest should be inspired by Jesus Christ and by the great martyrs and saints such as St. Pio of Petralcina. But it is only Jesus who draws us all to himself.
We will not have an awakening of the Church if there is not a recovery of the priestly figure who celebrates with the Tridentine-Roman-Apostolic liturgy.
